Ordering and Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Please follow the simple instructions provided at each stage of your transaction. After you have completed your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Security
Secure payment facilities are provided by our banking partners HSBC, using the latest encryption technology. Chrome Dreams Media Ltd does not store your credit or debit card details, and we do not share personal information (such as your address) with other companies.
Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund for any items you have ordered, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. Goods should be returned at your expense and in the original packaging.
Faulty Goods
Please advise us of any faulty goods within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the item, delivery charge (if applicable) and the cost of return postage, or offer a replacement at no cost.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days of receipt. If for any reason we are unable to supply your order within 28 days we will inform you accordingly. Deliveries to U.K. addresses are free of charge. Deliveries to other countries are made via air-mail, and a charge for these is made according to destination (Europe or Rest Of World) and type of product. These costs are displayed in the ‘Choose Delivery’ box adjacent to each product.
Pricing
All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling, and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (currently 17.5%).
